IRA PAUL DIAMOND, 66, of Largo, died April 1. He was the owner of D & D Battery. Survivors include his mother Dorothy; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Stuart and Marsha Diamond and Jim and Linda Diamond; sister and brother-in-law Judy and Allan Kaplan. The family suggest memorials be made to Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, (David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Clearwater Chapel)

ELEANOR PERLMAN, 97, of Largo, died March 22. A native of Chicago, she was a homemaker. (David C. Gross Funeral Home, Clearwater Chapel)

DR. STEPHEN GARY WEISS, 78, of Gulfport, died March 29. He was born in Parkchester in the Bronx. In his youth, he served as a counselor at Camp Ramapo, a summer camp in upstate New York for children with emotional, learning and/or social challenges. He served as a professor of education at New York University for 40 years. Additionally, he had a private psychotherapy practice in Manhattan. Survivors include his wife of 21 years Dr. Eileen Weiss; two sons and daughter in-law, Jeff and Shasta Weiss, and Sam Weiss; and two grandsons. The family suggests memorials be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association, (David C. Gross Funeral Homes, St. Petersburg Chapel)
