Mazel tov…

Those who shopped at Janee The Paper Place, especially on Saturdays, are probably familiar with Esther Pantzer, whom many affectionately call “Queen Esther.” The queen recently celebrated her 100th birthday in grand fashion with family and friends, some coming from as far away as Argentina to join the celebration. In addition to work at the shop, she was also very active in the Clearwater chapter of Hadassah.

Welcome to the world…

Brian and Kelley Dobkin of Seminole celebrated the arrival of their baby girl, Emma Lorraine, on Feb. 4. Proud grandparents are Ruth and Harris Dobkin, John and Nikki Lee and Julie and Larry Steele.

A big crowd celebrated the 100th birthday of “Queen” Esther Pantzer, shown seated in center with granddaughter Jen Raimi to the right. In back, (L-R) the celebrants are great granddaughters Vannah Raimi and Georgia Bobo, daughter Renee Raimi, grandson Scott Raimi, granddaughter Denise Raimi, Marni Keimig, Jan Cohen and daughter Laurie Nosanchuk.
