Temple Beth David Spring Hill

Yad connection: A Yad program has been set up to provide a full synagogue experience for those that cannot physically come to the synagogue. The temple will provide those individuals with a full set of programs and services, including the ability to interact with other members of the Jewish community, access to a rabbi for life cycle events and help in any religious way needed. Call the temple at (352) 686-7034 for more information.

Adult Education: Judaism 101 will be offered for free on Sundays, Jan. 22 and Feb. 5 and 26 from 9-10 a.m., facilitated by Reb Tuviah.

Mussar: This class, facilitated by the rabbi, will be offered on Mondays, Jan. 23 and Feb. 6 and 27 from 7-8 p.m.. Cost of the class is $5 for members, $10 for nonmembers.

Rummage sale: The fundraising committee is holding a rummage sale on Sunday, Jan. 29 in the social hall from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Those who want to donate items for the sale should bring them to Temple Beth David 13158 Antelope St., Spring Hill, on Saturday, Jan. 28 between 12:30 and 4 p.m. or call Barb Blavatt at (352)-345- 8315. Any items not sold will be picked up by St. Vincent de Paul.
