Artist-in-Residence for this year’s show will be Loren Stein, a multi-media artist from Boca Raton, specializing in Hebrew monogram jewelry and other judaica. Stein is currently head of the art department at Rohr Bais Chaya Academy in Tamarac, and spends her summers at Camp Ramah Darom as a multi-media and metals work teacher.

Stein will conduct a hands-on paper-cut and watercolor workshop on Nov. 15 from 9-11 a.m. During the workshop, participants will create their own work of art and keep the materials necessary to create more at home. Children under 12 can participate in the watercolor art. Cost is $18 for adults; $10 for children under 12. RSVPs are required to the synagogue.
