Chabad of Clearwater

Torah and Tea: Chabad of Clearwater is beginning a new “Torah and Tea” weekly class exclusively for women of all ages in the community. Rebbetzin Miriam Hodakov will teach the class on Thursdays at 11 a.m. There is no charge to attend. RSVP to Miriam- or call: (727) 265-2770.

Kosher night out: Socialize with friends at the very first Cafe Chabad of 5776 on Sunday, Nov. 15 from 4:30-6 p.m. This event includes all-you-caneat hot kosher falafel, Pita bread from Miami, a salad bar, drinks and dessert. Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children and a maximum of $30 per family. RSVP before Nov. 12 to or call (727) 265-2770.

Lunch and learn: Rabbi Levi Hodakov is available for a study session, including a kosher lunch, with those interested on Mondays or Wednesdays. Folks can host at their office or come to Chabad of Clearwater. Call (727) 265-2770 to reserve a spot.

Kids’ Shabbat group: The Kids’ Shabbat Club meets one hour before the conclusion of Shabbat. Rebbetzin Miriam Hodakov leads the weekly meetings for children accompanied by a parent or grandparent. There is no charge to attend. The program features games, snacks, stories, songs and lessons. A Havdalah service follows. RSVP to or call (727) 265-2770.
