Jordan Kyle Jacobson

Jordan Kyle Jacobson, son of Lisa and Marc Jacobson of Tierra Verde, will be called to the Torah as a Bar Mitzvah on Saturday, Feb. 18 at Temple Beth-El in St. Petersburg.

A seventh grade honors student at Shorecrest Preparatory School, Jordan has been invited to participate in the Duke University Talent Identification Program. A member of the Shorecrest middle division basketball team, Jordan also enjoys watching football and listening to music. For his mitzvah project Jordan was a volunteer with Azzie’s Angels, helping to coordinate food for the holidays for families. He also is involved with drawing awareness to the Basketball Warehouse. A program designed around alternative after- school programming and diversity.

Lisa and Marc Jacobson will host a dinner reception at The Renaissance Vinoy on Saturday, Feb. 18.

Special guests will include family and friends from Massachusetts, Connecticut, California, Michigan and New York.
