LILLIAN R. FRANK, 88, of St. Petersburg, died May 18. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she moved to Florida in the early 1970s from Bayonne, NJ. She was a former member of Congregation B’nai Israel and an avid volunteer at both Menorah Manor and the Philip Benjamin Tower. Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis Rothman; sons and daughters-in-law, Schail and Lourdes Frank and Gerson and Teri Frank; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. (David C. ROZITA (RINA) MINC, 63, of Palm Harbor, died May 22. She was born in Russia and moved here many years ago. She was an accountant for a window manufacturing business. Survivors include two daughters, Ilana Shoham and Julie Minc; her mother, Monisa Shilman; three grandchildren. (David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Beth David Chapel)
